Description

Isocitrate dehydrogenases (IDHs) play an important role of the enzymes in the TCA cycle. IDH1 and IDH2 are NADP+-dependent forms. They are located in cytoplasm (IDH1) and in mitochondria (IDH2), respectively. Recent studies have reported that IDH mutations were specifically found in several types of glioma. Among them, the most frequent mutation is arginine 132 residue (R132) in IDH1 and R172 in IDH2. There are several IDH1 mutations including R132H, R132S, R132G, R132C and R132L. This Anti IDH1-R132S, Monoclonal Antibody is available to detect IDH1-R132S
